Clinical Experiences
- Expertise in conducting various diagnostic procedures related to speech and language disorders using behavioral (subjective) methods using standardized test materials,checklists and rating scales.
- Skillful in counseling the patients as well as their family members regarding the nature of the problem (diagnosis) and the appropriate therapeutic solutions to be undertaken.
- Organize therapy goals according to the current needs and encourage home training and parental training to achieve the target skill(s) and maintain record of the skill levels of the patient(s) and thereby closely track the progress pre- and post- therapy on a regular basis.
- Holistic approach with special educators, PT, OT and clinical psychologist to provide a network of strategy and support.
- Diagnostic Audiological assessments: Pure tone Audiometry, Immittance Audiometry, Auditory Evoked Potentials, Otoacoustic Emissions.
- Rehabilitative services : Infant screening for early detection of hearing loss, Hearing aid selection and fitting for pediatric, adult and geriatric population.
